Working with JustJocelynMedia is designed to feel clear, supportive, and straightforward from the start. Once a client reaches out, we review the inquiry and respond within 48 hours. From there, we schedule a complimentary onboarding call to learn more about the business, goals, and overall vision.
During the onboarding call, we discuss whether the client already has branding elements in place, such as a logo, fonts, and color palette. If these assets are already established, we move directly into the project. If not, we can discuss creating branding elements as an additional service to ensure the final work feels cohesive and aligned.
This call is also where we take time to understand what the client wants to communicate and how they want their business to be represented online. From website design to social media content, we focus on translating their ideas into a clear, intentional digital presence.
For social media clients, we stay connected through monthly check-ins and ongoing communication to plan content, review performance, and make adjustments as needed. Website projects follow a similar collaborative approach, with consistent communication throughout the process to ensure clarity, alignment, and a smooth experience from start to launch.
